Season 2 Episode 6

Olivia continue to jeopardize her job at Elle, which all begin when Erin and Olivia meet a representative from GUESS by Marciano. They two where given a chance to pick out clothes from the GUESS collection for a GUESS event that night. However, Olivia seems underwhelmed and shows a disrespectful attitude towards the GUESS collection. Therefore, later that night at the event she had worn another designer's clothes, while Erin and Joe was disappointed in Olivia's attitude and calls it "absolutely dis-respectful", Olivia tells the GUESS representative that the Guess clothes sizes didn't fit. Which leads Erin to meet with a fashion journalist to replace Olivia's position because she stated it's "just not working out". Also, Whitney shows her new collection to Joe and a Elle fashion director. Unfortunately, Whitney was disappointed after they grilled her about her inspiration, and informs her that her collection is not original. However, Joe tell Whitney that she still has time to grow as a young designer which leaves Whitney losing hope in her goal as a fashion designer.

Summer Makeup is as important as your Summer Outfit....

Social Butterfly is excited to let you know the tips on how to keep an oil free and spotless face that will take you through the hot summer day to the sultry night.

Also, just like clothing colors are also in when it comes to cosmetics.....which means it is okay to step out the box and try eye popping eyeshadow that will give you a gorgeous look....

• Before applying makeup, apply an ice cube on a clean face because this method clean your face as this clogs the pores and skin becomes more matte. If you have a mixed or oily skin, apply a gel cream or special moisturizing lotion in order to prevent the sebum outbreak.
• Even thought specialists say that it is better to avoid Foundation during summertime, if you really need foundation it is better to choose a moisturizing matte one.
• For natural look, you can successfully replace foundation with powder. Even though powder is not strongly recommended either, if you still decide to use it, choose it in a light, smooth texture and colors such as golden-brown, raspberry pin, dark red or a darker pink.
• Always avoid applying bronze powder just after applying moisturizing cream. This will make the process much more difficult. Your skin should be dry. Apply it along the forehead, nose bridge, cheeks, a bit on the chin and neck.

DAYTIME MAKEUP

Use natural colors for eyeshadow such as beige, warm shades of brown, pink and orange. You can use a black or brown mascara once you don't overload your eyelashes. Avoid lip liner and go for lip gloss and colors such as bronze, pink, beige, or peach.

EVENING MAKEUP

Now in the evening you are mostly allowed to use foundation, but still try not to use to much. As for the makeup, choose what part do you want to accentuate, whether it will be your lips or your eyes. In both cases you can use a mascara. For a night out with the girls or with the BF, in a club, you should avoid using foundation (your choice). Use powder instead and take it with you if you feel like refreshing your makeup. For eyes you can choose metallic and colors on your lower lashes that complement your outfit and a holographic lip gloss for your lips. Make sure all products that are used are transfer resistant.

Eyeshadow plays a key role in makeup as it can help define the eyes, enhancing their beauty and making them stand out more. Eyeshadow is available in various forms, from cream to powder. The greatest thing about eyeshadow is that there are a variety of shades, from nudes to neon's and from matte colors to shimmery. This summer the eyeshadow colors used are warm and style. Colors such as orange, turquoise, green, blue, lavender, pink, violet, yellow are popular for this season.
